My 4 yr old neighbor Anes on the left with two other girls. Theyre in an area between the womens center (netti) and the preschool (madrassa). Check my photos; Ive posted more pictures.

What's the weather like there? I noticed in several pictures the kids wearing long sleeve and pants. Is this a cultural thing? Is the sky really that red, as it was on of the pictures?
No, long sleeves and pants are not cultural, except you wouldn't wear shorts. Long sleeve is probably more to protect against the sun.
The sky in the photo you're talking about was enhanced.
